After you have made your purchase, please follow the steps listed below to receive your refundable core deposit. This process must be completed within 60 days of receiving your product(s) to receive a full reimbursement on your deposit. Failure to send us the core(s) within the 60 days will result in you only receiving a partial refund amount of the core deposit. 

Core Return Process:

1) Call us (780-757-0221) or email us (sales@ocdiesel.ca) prior to shipping your cores. If your reaching out by email please include your Invoice/Order Number so we can link up your file. 

2) On the outside of the ORIGINAL box, please write "Core Return" and your Invoice Number/Order Number.

3) Ship your core with tracking to:

4) Once we receive the core(s), they will be shipped to the manufacturer for inspection. After the inspection is passed, your core deposit will then be refunded to you.

Failure to follow these steps may result in a delay/denial of your core refund.

Refund Structure

Failure to send us the core(s) within the 60 day timeframe will result in you only receiving a partial refund amount of the core deposit. 

The refund structure is as follows:

0-60 Days: Full Deposit if the core passes the inspection.

61-119 Days: 30% of your eligible core refund amount will be deducted.

120+ Days: No longer eligible for core refund.
