OCDiesel custom tune files are delivered within 24-48 hours of purchase, however we do aim for same day on most orders. Processing times may vary based on workload, file complexity, and required vehicle information. We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Customer Responsibility:
By purchasing a custom tune from OCDiesel, the end user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the proper installation and application of the tune. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all necessary vehicle modifications, software requirements, and hardware compatibility are met before flashing the calibration to the vehicle.

Liability Disclaimer:
OCDiesel is not responsible for any issues, damages, or failures resulting from the improper installation or use of our software calibrations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bricked ECMs
• Software corruption
• Engine or drivetrain failures
• Warranty voidance
• Emissions compliance issues

By purchasing a calibration file from OCDiesel, you accept full responsibility for any risks associated with tuning your vehicle. If an issue arises due to an error on the customer’s end, OCDiesel will not be held liable for repair costs, replacement ECUs, or any other associated expenses.

No Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of software calibration files, all sales are final. Once a file has been created and sent, no refunds or returns will be accepted. We recommend double-checking all vehicle details before purchasing to ensure the correct file is provided.

We provide technical support for troubleshooting tuning-related issues; however, our support does not cover third-party hardware, software, or incorrect installation procedures.
