Archoil Diesel Treatment (AR6500)
AR6500 Diesel Treatment is the superior all-in-one diesel additive, developed to maximize engine performance. Increase diesel lubricity to protect your engine and improve fuel economy with a big cetane boost at every fill-up.
Standard: 1 oz (30ml) of AR6500 per 10 gallons of diesel.
Power Boost: 2 oz (60ml) per 10 gallons of diesel. For best results use Power Boost dose in first tank of fuel.

BOOST CETANE
The higher the cetane number of fuel, the faster the fuel ignites for a complete and cleaner burn.
The cetane rating of diesel at the pump is often between 40-45 and the cetane your vehicle typically needs is between 47-50. AR6500 improves the cetane rating of fuel which increases MPG, power and response while reducing emissions.
INCREASE FUEL LUBRICITY
EPA regulations for fuel lubricity standards do not meet the Engine Manufacturer's Association recommendation which means fuel at the gas station is unlikely to meet the lubricity level your vehicle requires.
Lack of lubrication leads to excessive wear, premature failure and the potential for costly repairs.
AR6500 raises the lubricity of fuel to above the required standard, protecting your diesel engine. In ASTM testing, AR6500 increased diesel lubricity by 43%.
MAINTAIN THE FUEL SYSTEM
AR6500 cleans and maintains key fuel system components including injectors, pumps, lines and the tank.
The chemistry in AR6500 removes carbon deposits from injectors, turbos and DPFs, restoring lost horsepower and fuel economy.
For a more rapid cleaning of the fuel system to remove heavy carbon build-up, use AR6400-D Fuel System Cleaner before AR6500.
IMPROVE MPG
On average, AR6500 users experience an MPG increase of between 6-10%, representing a saving of up to $204 in fuel costs per 40.6 oz bottle (based on average fuel prices, January 2023).
In controlled highway testing, AR6500 increased MPG by 11.1% in a 2011 Ford F-350 over 1,600 miles.
