Archoil Winter Diesel Treatment (AR6300)
AR6300 Winter Diesel Treatment is added to every tank of diesel to boost performance, improve fuel lubricity, protect your fuel system and protect against gelling in cold weather.
When temperatures reach freezing point (32°F), the wax in diesel fuel begins to crystallize and collect on the fuel filter. This is known as gelling and prevents fuel from getting to where it needs to be, leading to:
• Trouble starting the engine
• Poor acceleration
• Sluggish and noisy performance
The anti-gel properties of AR6300 can prevent diesel fuel gelling down to -44ºF (using the Power Boost treat rate). Preventing gelling ensures your fuel system keeps working correctly through the colder months.
41.3 oz bottle treats 275 gallons of fuel.
Standard: 1.5 oz of AR6300 per 10 gallons of diesel (reduces CFPP to -16ºF)
Power Boost: 3 oz per 10 gallons (reduces CFPP to -44ºF)
- Anti-gel - prevent diesel fuel from gelling and plugging the fuel filter
- Boost cetane up to 8 points
- Improve combustion efficiency
- Increase fuel economy
- Lubricate and protect the fuel system
- Clean injectors, turbo and DPF (reduce regens)
- Reduce maintenance and extend component life
ANTI-GEL PROTECTION
At low temperatures diesel fuel gels and can plug your fuel filter and prevent fuel from folowing to the engine. AR6300 Winter Diesel Treatment lowers the cold filter plugging point of diesel which helps ensure fuel flows when you need it to.
IMPROVE LUBRICITY
Lubricity in fuel at the gas station is unlikely to meet the level your vehicle requires as EPA regulations don't meet the standards of the Engine Manufacturers' Association.
AR6300 improves lubricity and protects your engine against excessive wear and premature failure, reducing the potential for costly repairs. This is particularly important as diesel engines are put more likely to suffer damage in cold weather.
MAXIMIZE PERFORMANCE
AR6300 brings all the same benefits to your vehicle performance as AR6500 Diesel Treatment plus anti-gel protection.
AR6300 boosts cetane to improve combustion, keeps key fuel system components clean and protects against corrosion which leads to improvements in fuel economy (MPG).
